Wentworth honors U.S. veterans by making it easier for them to access our educational programs. Once you are accepted, we can help you receive the benefits you are entitled to, and provide the academic and living supports that will enable you to gain the full value of your Wentworth experience.

Student Veterans and ROTC Scholarship
This聽scholarship聽is open to returning students who are veterans, ROTC Cadets, and those who have made significant efforts to support veteran populations. The maximum amount awarded to each recipient is $4000 per year. Preference will be given to applicants who have taken on leadership roles at Wentworth and demonstrated a commitment to聽supporting聽veterans聽both at Wentworth and/or in their home communities. Students must have submitted their聽FAFSA application聽for the 2019-2020 school year. The聽scholarship聽is funded by the contributions of several generous donors who support our military connected students. Applications can be submitted at聽http://wit.academicworks.com/聽(type "veteran" into the search bar)聽and must be received by June 14, 2019.聽
WIT-VETs Student Organization
The WIT-VETs student organization provides a military community made up of veterans, ROTC cadets and military-connected students while fostering pride, tradition, integrity, leadership, and respect. For meeting times and information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Veteran and ROTC Lounge
The Veter and ROTC Lounge opened in August of 2019. Student veterans in all programs, as well as ROTC cadets, can use their Wentworth student ID to access to the lounge. The lounge has a small kitchenette, a TV, storage space, as well as couches, chairs, and tables for study and meeting spaces.聽

Wentworth faculty have volunteered to serve as faculty mentors to students transitioning to higher education from military service. Several branches and academic areas are represented.
